JBL DA1650

JBL DA 1650, 16-channel multi-room amplifier for 8 zones

This new model from JBL will be your ideal equipment for multiroom home sound projects in a large accommodation. This amplifier has 16 RCA channels, of 50W (8Ω) or 110W (4Ω), for a capacity to serve 8 zones in total. In terms of performance, it offers Class D amplification and bridgeable outputs for extra power. The DA850's frequency response ranges from 20Hz to 20kHz. There are three power mode control options: On, 12V trigger or Auto.

The JBL DA 1650 is ideal for amplifying integrated multiroom speakers such as the JBL Architectural over a large residential area.

8-zone multi-room amplification and audio adjustments

With this new JBL product, each zone can have an independent source, or you can share an audio source between all the zones using the global audio input.  

It is also possible to create a wider audio environment by simultaneously using several amplifiers that share the same audio source using the global audio output. This extends the listening area for the same sound.
