The Sonos Amp is much more than just an amplifier: it's a true audio nerve centre for the whole home. Powerful and versatile, it delivers 125W per channel (on 8 Ω speakers), more than double its Connect predecessor.


Thanks to its Class D architecture, it delivers high-fidelity sound that's both dynamic and fast, capable of taming both small speakers and large columns. Compact and robust, it will transform your audio setup into a modern, multi-source, multi-room system - all controlled via the Sonos app.


Extensive connectivity

The Sonos Amp features an HDMI ARC input, ideal for connecting a TV and transforming your audio setup into a high-performance stereo home cinema system. It also has a stereo RCA input for connecting a CD player, vinyl turntable (with a phono preamp) or any other analogue source. To adapt the low-frequency response, it includes a subwoofer output with frequency adjustment from 50 to 110 Hz.


Networking and streaming

Thanks to built-in Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and AirPlay 2, you can stream your music from iOS applications or dozens of services (Spotify, Deezer, Qobuz, etc.) via the Sonos app. Sonos Radio also includes thousands of stations and original content. In addition, the app offers equalisers to fine-tune bass, treble and loudness according to your customers' preferences.


Design, integration and control

Compact (217 × 217 × 64 mm, 2.1 kg), its matte black casing is sleek and ventilated, making it equally at home in the living room or in a rack. The device features banana plugs for easy connection. Touch-sensitive controls on the front allow you to adjust the volume, change tracks and start playback. The Sonos Amp works with voice assistants (via a compatible Sonos device), and integrates with your connected home via AirPlay 2, Alexa and third-party home automation systems.


Multiroom and cinema extension

One of the major advantages of the Sonos Amp is its seamless integration into the Sonos ecosystem. Create multiroom zones and wireless surround speakers for an immersive home cinema experience.
